This is a reminder that 9th and 10th grade students will be taking the PSAT tomorrow. It is important that students arrive on time as we will begin the day with breakfast before reporting to 1st period.
The PSAT (Preliminary SAT) is a practice test for the SAT, which is used for college admissions. The PSAT helps students get familiar with the types of questions and the test format, while also providing a great opportunity to assess their academic strengths and areas for improvement. Additionally, 10th-grade students will be eligible for scholarship opportunities through the PSAT results.
Please make sure your child is well-rested and prepared for the test.

As we approach the exciting time of the Man High School Prom, we would like to remind everyone of the eligibility requirements to attend:
Students must have 5 or fewer unexcused absences to be eligible for prom.
A maximum of 10 parent notes will be accepted per year.
Please make sure that all attendance requirements are met to avoid any issues with your eligibility for prom. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact the school office.

ECA Students and Parents:
As a reminder, to remain in good standing in the ECA program, students must meet the following requirements each semester:
GPA: Maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA.
Attendance: Have no more than five unexcused absences (doctor's notes are not included in this count).
Behavior: Avoid receiving a Level 3 or Level 4 behavior violation.
Testing: Achieve a minimum score of 480 on both the SAT ELA and Math subtests.
Grades: Earn no grade lower than a D or F in any class for which high school credit is received.

A survey packet was recently sent home with your student. This GEAR UP survey is designed to help us better understand how we can support you and your student through the GEAR UP program.
