Justice Elementary School is a WVDE Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI) school and made significant gains in both reading and mathematics on the West Virginia General Summative Assessment (GSA) during the 2025-2026 school year. These improvements reflect the hard work and dedication of our students, staff, and families as we continue our commitment to academic growth and success for all students.
As we move through the 2026-2027 school year, JES is determined to build upon this progress by demonstrating continued growth in reading and mathematics while also improving student attendance. Through strong instruction, targeted interventions, and partnerships with families, we remain focused on ensuring every student has the opportunity to be successful academically and socially.
A Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI) school is a designation under the federal Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) for schools identified as needing additional support to improve student outcomes. CSI schools receive guidance, resources, and targeted improvement efforts focused on increasing student achievement and overall school performance.
